SPACES
What kind of events can we celebrate with Es-Eventos?
We organize weddings, communions, baptisms, anniversaries, family reunions, group getaways, corporate events, team building and private celebrations in exclusive natural settings.
Do the farms include lodging?
Yes, all our farms have accommodation. Our concept is designed so that you can celebrate your event and extend the experience by staying overnight with family, friends or team.
Is it mandatory to hire accommodation?
It is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Our differential value is precisely to combine celebration + stay to turn the event into a complete experience.
Is the property rented on an exclusive basis?
Yes, all events can be held on an exclusive basis to guarantee privacy, tranquility and a personalized experience, as long as the minimum number of people in the reservation is met.
What is the minimum number of people?
The minimum number of participants may vary depending on the farm and the season; however, we usually work with groups of 30-40 people or more. In case of requesting the exclusivity of the farm, the minimum required will be higher and availability must be consulted beforehand. For smaller groups, we recommend contacting us to assess the options available.
And what is the maximum capacity?
It depends on the space and format of the event (banquet, cocktail, outdoor ceremony, lodging, etc.). We advise you according to the type of celebration you want to organize.
Do you have spaces for meetings and presentations?
Yes, we have rooms equipped for meetings, trainings and conventions, which can be combined with outdoor activities and lodging.
Can spaces be decorated as we like?
Yes, you can customize the decoration of the event according to your taste, always respecting the rules of safety and care of the facilities.
ACCOMMODATIONS
What are the rooms like?
We have different types depending on the farm: multiple rooms, private rooms, apartments and complete farmhouses. All of them have a complete private bathroom. We adapt to family and corporate events.
Is bed linen included in the accommodation?
Yes, we include bed linen and basic room preparation.
Is flexible check-in or check-out possible after the event?
Yes, we coordinate schedules to facilitate the comfort of the guests.
COOKING AND CATERING
Do you have your own kitchen?
Yes, all our facilities have their own kitchen, which allows us to offer catering adapted to each event. If you prefer, we also have the option of catering.
Do you work with external catering?
Yes, depending on the type of event, number of attendees and specific needs, we can work with external catering or if you prefer, we have our own kitchen.
Can we bring our own catering?
It can be assessed according to the event and conditions of the space. We always look for the best solution for the client while maintaining the quality and coordination of the service.
Can special menus or diets be prepared?
Yes, we adapt menus for allergies, vegetarians, vegans or special needs of the guests.
Can we organize breakfasts, brunches or themed meals?
Yes, our kitchen and/or catering can adapt menus for breakfasts, brunches, themed lunches or special dinners depending on the event.
Do you have an open bar or drinks?
Yes, we can organize open bar, cocktails or beverage service during the event, always in compliance with current regulations.
SERVICES AND AMENITIES
Is there access for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, some estates have adapted access. We will inform you according to the chosen property to ensure comfort for all guests.
Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, all of our estates have free parking for guests. For large events, we can coordinate signage and parking arrangements.
Is it possible to make live music?
Yes, we can receive live music, groups or DJs, always within the allowed hours and coordinating with the property to ensure acoustics and safety.
What kind of activities can be organized during the event?
Team building dynamics; Family games and activities; Creative workshops; Hiking and nature trails; Water or sports activities depending on the property, etc.
Can we hire monitors or entertainers?
Yes, we have a coordinating team for children's monitors, entertainers, guides and professionals to dynamize activities.
Is there a plan B in case of rain?
Yes, all of our venues have indoor alternatives to ensure that the event takes place with total peace of mind.
SCHEDULES
How late can the party last?
The usual schedule for music and celebration is until 2:00 a.m., respecting the current regulations and the natural environment.
What if we need to extend party hours?
We can study the option according to availability, local regulations and type of event. Please consult us when planning your event.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events we recommend 6 to 12 months in advance. For family celebrations or corporate events, it will depend on the season and availability.
Is a deposit required to confirm the reservation?
Yes, in order to block the date we require a deposit and reservation contract.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card payment and other methods depending on the type of contract and reservation.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule the event?
We understand that unforeseen events may arise. The conditions for cancellation or change of date are detailed in the reservation contract and will depend on how far in advance and the type of event. We always look for flexible solutions to adapt to every situation.
